I am a qualified counsellor and kickboxing coach, offering a one-to-one service that integrates psychological support with structured physical training.
My interest in counselling developed from a long-standing focus on human behaviour, particularly the psychology of performance, stress response, and resilience. This was informed by experience working with both competitive athletes and members of the general public, observing how individuals manage pressure, adapt to challenge, and recover from setbacks in different contexts.
In sporting environments, I became particularly interested in pre-performance anxiety, emotional regulation under pressure, and the cognitive strategies used to maintain focus and composure. Alongside this, my counselling work has involved supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, low confidence, stress, and bereavement, where similar principles of resilience and self-regulation are often central.

My background in kickboxing and boxercise training has further reinforced the importance of discipline, structure, and controlled physical engagement as part of overall wellbeing. This combination of experience informs my approach, which brings together psychological support and physical training in a structured, confidential, one-to-one setting.
My practice is grounded in a calm, professional, and individualised approach, with a focus on developing sustainable resilience across both mental and physical domains.

Counselling sessions last 50 minutes, usually on a weekly basis.
Boxercise / kickboxing sessions also run for 50 minutes. The combined Mind & Body programme includes one of each per week.
